Who is responsible

Depending on your region and the nature of your inquiry, the organization responsible for your personal information is Nische Solutions Inc. in Canada or Nische Europe B.V. in the Netherlands. Nische Solutions is one brand operated through these regional organizations.

Information involved

We limit information to what is useful for a business inquiry and secure site operation.

How information is used

Nische uses inquiry information to respond, prepare quotations, provide technical documents, review applications, make requested distributor introductions and maintain appropriate business records. Technical information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Where European privacy law applies, processing is based on steps requested before a business transaction, Nische’s legitimate interests in answering business inquiries and protecting the site, legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional mailing list. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be shared between the relevant Nische organizations and with personnel who need it to answer your request. We may also use hosting, security, email, information technology and professional service providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations.

If you request a distributor introduction or your application requires regional support, relevant details may be shared with the distributor or technical partner needed to assist you. We limit those details to what is reasonably necessary.

Nische works internationally. Information may therefore be processed outside your province, state or country, including in Canada and the European Economic Area. Privacy protections and lawful access rules can differ between jurisdictions.

The Nische application does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Our security provider uses the following necessary technology:

Cloudflare may set additional temporary challenge cookies only when a security check is triggered. These cookies support security and are not used by Nische for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Retention and security

Inquiry and business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, support the business relationship, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. Retention can vary when quotations, orders, warranties or legal requirements are involved.

Nische uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general inquiry.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion or portability, and make a complaint to the applicable privacy regulator.
